The PTA is a group of parents that work with the school to help organise events and fundraising activities. Money raised helps to buy extras for the children and their classes. If you are interested in becoming a member of the PTA please come along to a meeting or speak to Mrs Spain.

Our PTA members are working closely with the School Council this year so that both groups can support one another. We are in need of new laptops for our children and it would be good to help the school to fund this resource.

This year the PTA have served tea, coffee and cake to our visitors during coffee mornings where we have raised for funds for many different charities as well as celebrating the work of the children in school.

If you have any fundraising ideas or wish to attend any of our PTA meetings please come along - you can find the dates on our newsletters or ask a member of staff to let you know when the next meeting is.

Rotary shoe box appeal.

We have now received the boxes and the school council and PTA will work together to help complete 20 boxes. We have had a donation of approx. 40 pairs of gloves from a parent. The PTA members have offered to take a box each. One box will be placed in the staff room and an email sent to ask if they are happy to add any donations or £2 to help pay for the delivery of the boxes. The PTA appreciate this.

A note will be going out with the newsletter after half term asking for donations and explaining why we are helping the Rotary club.

Date of next meeting 9:10am 6th November In the hall (please enter through the white hall doors)
