Support can also be accessed through Cheshire West and Cheshire specific contacts as follows:

During the hours 8.30am to 5pm from Monday to Thursday, 8.30am to 4.30pm Friday call the Integrated Access and Referral Team on 0300 123 7047.
During the hours 4.30 pm to 8.30 am from Monday to Thursday, from 4pm on Friday and 24 hours at weekends and bank holidays call the Emergency Duty Team (out of hours) on 01244 977277.

Our school is part of Operation Encompass. This means that following a domestic abuse incident, the Police make contact with the school and communicate relevant information to nominated school staff, to ensure that the school are made aware early enough to support children and young people in a way that means they feel safe and included. See letter below for more details.

Parentline Family Support provides a free and confidential helpline for support if you are struggling with any aspect of being a parent. Their website states: Family Lives offers a confidential and free* helpline service (previously known as Parentline). Please call us on 0808 800 2222 for information, advice, guidance and support on any aspect of parenting and family life, including bullying. Our helpline service is open 9am – 9pm, Monday to Friday and 10am – 3pm Saturday and Sunday. We currently answer 58% of all callers ringing.  If you don’t get answered first time please do try again. We will only break confidentiality if there is a life threatening situation, or a child or adult is felt to be at risk of significant harm
